Spring Is Slowly coming!

We are hoping for spring to really be sprung right! It has been a wet and windy winter but the signs are slowly appearing that the weather is breaking! Matt has been super busy on the farm, with new liveries, new schooling clients, and generally getting the farm ready for a fabulous summer!

Having said how busy Matt has been, he has continued his primary commitment to the horses and ponies from their care to their schooling. Even with such a rough winter season, we have seen Matts work flourish, in particular, with Luna and Fudge.

Luna arrived at the farm at the end of last summer with a few issues that needed ironing out. The main issue was napping and the love to walk backwards! Matt committed to Luna with patience and understanding, giving her the confidence to bloom. Now in April 2024, Luna is jumping with a young jockey on board and enjoying her time with her riders in the school which is amazing to see!

Fudge arrived more recently with a lot of fire in his belly! (Polar opposite to Luna!) In just FOUR sessions, Matt has been able to bring Fudge into a much calmer frame of mind without losing his fabulous personality. He is coming on very nicely for his lovely owners whom are now beginning to enjoy him again and he is certainly enjoying them which is just amazing to witness!

There is a couple more horses that I have not been able to catch on film yet, but when I do, I will most certainly be keeping you all up to date with their stories!
