How long does training take? Horses and Ponies run to their own natural schedule of learning. With every one of them being unique, Matt will complete a full assessment before estimating an approximate time scale that he expects training with him to be complete. Again, this can change and will always will be discussed with the client.

Does training livery include care, feed and bedding? The short answer is yes, however, Matt understands that some of your equine friends may require special diets and extra medical care. These will be discussed on application.

How many days and what is included in Assisted Livery? Assisted livery includes the following: Monday - Friday AM turnout with morning feed given, full use of the all weather school, allocated stable, electric, water, feed room, secure tack room and individual turnout. Extra services, holiday & sick cover and ad-hoc training available at extra cost.

I work empathetically and methodically with your horse and involve you every step of the way to ensure you have a life time of amazing horse and rider experiences
What is your training methodology?
Every horse is different in its needs, abilities and trust in humans. I start from the very beginning and unpack all the issues, plan and execute at the highest standard with the horses welfare my priority.
Which types of animals does Rutland Equestrian train?
I am a lightweight rider that welcomes most Horses & Ponies into my care whilst the stay in my training program.
